Every now and then (more than I care to admit) I miss the mark.James asked for spaghetti. We had brussels sprouts in the fridge (James loves them). I saw a recipe for spaghetti with brussels sprouts and pine nuts. The recipe got high ratings online. I added in a little ham. Surefire winner I thought as I waited for James' smiling approval.
"Not my favorite," he declared between bites.
Just too "sprouty" I guess.
