Baked, Roasted But Certainly Not Fried

Oven fried chicken. We all know there is no such thing.
Soaked in buttermilk (or in my case buttermilk, hot sauce, sliced onion, mustard and plenty of minced garlic) like real fried chicken but coated in breadcrumbs (or in my case breadcrumbs, flour, grated parmesan cheese, thyme, cayenne pepper) before baking in a hot (425ยบ) oven. No it's not fried chicken but it something maybe somewhat close that I can stretch to fit my diet and still make James happy. Besides, like real fried chicken, it's pretty darn good cold the next day.
